Meet our BRMs

Name: Chris Martin

Experience in schools: I have previously worked in school offices, been a teaching assistant and schools IT technician, and I have also worked as a recruitment consultant in the education sector. I love how friendly and welcoming schools are and how diverse every day is for them.

Fun Fact: Whilst at college and University, I played volleyball and represented England.

Name: Amanda Styan

Experience in schools: I have worked within Lancashire County Council ICT Education for many years in various different roles. I started on reception organising course bookings, where I then moved into a sales role as a project co-ordinator and more recently within the Business Relationship Management team. I have always enjoyed working with schools; the staff have been a highlight for me because they are always lovely and welcoming. I love how technology is constantly changing and the challenge of keeping up to date.

Fun Fact: In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym.

Name: Victoria Richardson

Experience in schools: I really enjoy working in education, and have done for four years, because no day is ever the same. The staff in schools makes my job enjoyable and have always been so welcoming. I love helping schools improve their systems and watching how much technology improves over the years to help mould how children learn and develop.

Fun Fact: I love spending time outdoors and having days out with my daughter.

Name: Chris Brown

Experience in schools: I have previously worked with Lancashire schools during the Covid pandemic and assisted with risk management planning with head teachers. It was a challenging experience, but schools were remarkable maintaining high quality education during a difficult period. My own education includes attaining a MBA degree at Lancaster University.

Fun Fact: I have three daughters who ensure my wallet is always empty!
