Launch of the New Education Digital Hub

Education Digital Services has launched a new Education Digital Hub to improve communications and access to support for schools.

All support documentation and service information has been moved from the website to the new Hub and the Education website Log In Area will be turned off on Friday 20th February 2026

The Education Digital Hub is already available to school users.

To access the Hub each school user will need a Unique User ID with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) enabled.

Please ask the Head or Bursar to email educationprojects@lancashire.gov.uk with the following details for each user that requires access to the Hub:

  • School Name and Reference Number
  • User’s full name and role in school
  • User's Unique Email ID with confirmation that Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for each user.
    • We cannot set up user accounts without MFA confirmation.
    • Users can only access the Hub with their unique user email ID
