This course is aimed at existing FMS users involved with the financial year-end.

Aims

To achieve a smooth closure of the accounts at the end of the school year.

Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• To review outstanding transactions.
• To create the new financial year.
• To update general ledger structures.
• To perform preliminary and final closures.
• To produce year-end reports.
