Develop an early customer engagement model to support schools as they begin their journey to converting to Academy status and joining Multi-Academy Trusts, be they independent MATs or Local Authority based MATs, ensuring this is aligned with Lancashire County Council approach for services to engage with MATs.

Proactively engage with MATs through their governance and by establishing adherence with their regulatory structures to enable and support MATs to choose Lancashire County Council's Education Digital Services as their technology and support provider.

Streamline Education Digital Services internal business processes to efficiently support the growing number of schools converting to academy status.

Create appropriate management oversight to ensure compliance of Education Digital Services trading activity with the Lancashire County Council Fees and Charging Policy, including due consideration for public sector regulatory, financial (fees, inflation, and cost management) and market assessment/benchmarking factors.
