Schools purchasing ParentPay through Lancashire County Council Education Digital Services are able to benefit from direct support for the product from ParentPay. You do not need to log a problem with our Lancashire County Council Education Digital Services support desk first.

The ParentPay Support contact details listed below are for schools’ use only. ParentPay cannot speak directly to parents due to Data Protection restrictions, however they do provide comprehensive online support and advice and email support. Please refer to the Parent Support section below for full details on support available for parents.

Schools in the process of going live with ParentPay can contact the ParentPay Implementation Team directly on 02476 994 915. The Implementation Team will be your first point of contact throughout the setup phase and will remain your first point of contact until your school is trained and has started transacting. Please also refer to your ParentPay Launch Guide for Lancashire Schools provided by ParentPay for further information on launching ParentPay in your school.
