Attendance Reporting - Including Power BI
Who is this course for?
This course would be most suitable for an attendance officer, attendance leads either from SLT or within school. It is aimed at new and current staff.
Aims
- How to use the tools in SIMS to help manage and improve attendance
- How to use the built-in SIMS attendance reports to identify concerns in school (groups and individuals)
- To produce attendance letters from within SIMS which can be auto-populated to save time
- To receive an in-depth and informative session on the new Power BI report created using SIMS
Objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to
- Provide the skills and tools to identify areas of concern with school attendance and track changes over time based on the strategies implemented
