During the year, Lancashire County Council Education Digital Services host and co-host a series of events and webinars which are free to customers who subscribe to our services. The topics range from demonstrations (which are available for all schools) for processes such as School Census, ParentPay and parental communication, Personnel, Preparing for OFSTED, and FMS for new staff.
If you are unable to attend the events and webinars, recordings and presentations are uploaded to the Education Digital Services website for viewing at your convenience and to guide you in times of need.

We have developed a range of support packages for schools using the SIMS Management Information System. Our SIMS experts are committed to working collaboratively with schools to ensure they are getting the most from their SIMS applications and the hardware they run on.
